The Burden
This is why
Conflict and violence is all around us. We experience it personally, professionally, and politically. We can respond in healthy and productive ways to foster restoration and healing instead of by reacting and perpetuating cycles of violence and conflict.
Creating a space to develop conflict management skills and practice amicable interactions will empower us to sustain these behaviors, thus creating a more healthy and peaceful culture wherever we are.
