Provisions for Peace provides multiple methods of education and training to empower individuals and groups to gain practical skills for resolving and managing inevitable conflict.

Community Dialogue & Student/ Youth Workshops

Experiential workshops and facilitated dialogue to learn about skills, practice them in a collective group, and reflect on how to implement them in real life situations. Through experiential workshops and community dialogue individuals will increase their understanding for and applicability to actionable implementation of conflict management.

Individual Coaching

Specialized packages to address specific areas of focus for leadership development, conflict resolution skills, and communication skills. Individuals will enhance their abilities to identify, address, and resolve conflict and sustain a culture of peace.

Consulting for Organizations & Groups

This service includes, reviewing existing organizational materials, content, and policies with a conflict resolution and equity lens and offering recommendations for or developing tailored content for materials, policies, or procedures to include anti-racism and equitable practices, conflict resolution, and restorative justice practices.
